FlyClub App Centralising Operations

This bespoke App was created to form a central hub for all Aero Club operations.  The Application is secure, safe and enables each member to have direct management of the flights and training records.

The Calendar section allows members to create booking, manage and edit as required from their own device anywhere in the world.  Notification to all members re deleted booking and extra availability to own devices.  

Each Aircraft has its own device.  This allows members to create A-Check signatures before their flight, and Tech Log entries afterwards through a simple form filling process.  Operations can then complete PDF or Excel reports for invoicing and airframe updates.

The App will calculate predictive fuel status and hours left to maintenance check.

Defective aircraft can cause problems, both for the pilots and operations.  After the flight a prompt for defects will appear.  

There are three types of defects.

RED - Aircraft on ground

YELLOW - Minor defect deferred.

GREEN - Rectified item for pilot info

Each aircraft has its own folder with all the current documents within.  This is available to members on their own profiles for pre flight planning (W&B etc), and the aircraft ipad for CAA ramp checks.

Within each member profile there are three section. 

• Flights - Bookings completed 

• Documents - ID, Licence and medical storage

• Training- Training records are updated by the instructor and linked to the aricraft tech log entry

Only instructors, the member and Admin can view individual documents and training notes. 

All training courses are created by Admin.  These files can be added to the members profile once a course is commenced.  Instructors can complete and sign off electronically entries as the pilot progresses through the course.  The member can view their own notes for feedback.

Admin can create, edit and manage training course structures.  This is useful for create bespoke training packages for individual pilots.

Members can edit their personal details, NoK contacts, profile pictures, change password within their own log in.

Members are invited to the Aero Club by Admin by automatic email.  Admin has control on permissions and access of each member.
