NPPL Microlight licence.  

25 hours training, five written exams and physically fit and well.

National PPL single engine piston.  

10 hours in Microlight and 22 hours training Cessna/ Piper, nine written exams and CAA medical

Fly aeroplanes up 2 ton and four passengers. Add additional rating like Aerobatic and instrument.

32 hours training Cessna/ Piper, nine written exams and CAA medical

Fly aeroplanes up 2 ton and four passengers. Add additional rating like Aerobatic and instrument.

Private Pilots Licence.

40 hours flight training.  Nine written exams, CAA medical.

Add all rating and build hours to become a commerical pilot

The Class Rating Instructor is a 3 hour course followed by a flight test.  The qualifications allowes the pilot to conduct training for lapsed pilot licences ready for flight test, and differences training.  

30 hour course to learn how to become a Flight Instructor.  This will allow you to teach our new pilots, no written exams are required to teach NPPL licences.  These Courses are all conducted from our Lydd base.

The CB/IR is a 10 hour course to obtain a full IR after demonstrating sufficient IFR experience and a high level of ability. The IFR flying can be conducted following UK IMC and is a cost effect route to obtaining a full IR.

The full instrument Rarting course is 50hr flight training.  This can be conducted in our suitably equipped aircraft and allows the pilot to fly solely by means of instruments in Class A airspace world wide.
